Veolia seeks a Senior Bid Manager with direct high-purity water, UPW, or semiconductor infrastructure experience. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape technical and commercial strategies, and manage customer-facing proposal development. The work spans RFP planning, compliance, risk, pricing, negotiation, and project transition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead bid teams across engineering, sourcing, contracts, and related functions
- Manage proposals from RFP planning through final submission
- Develop schedules, assignments, compliance reviews, and proposal strategies
- Structure system solutions, pricing, execution models,



and construction partnerships
- Present leadership reviews and support client negotiation activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Eight or more years in proposals, applications, or project management
- Direct industrial water treatment and UPW experience
- Experience with complex, multi-volume proposals and design-build methods
- English fluency and robust organization, communication, and negotiation skills
