Lead construction scheduling for the Bloor-Yonge Capacity Improvements Project in Toronto, using planning, forecasting, and coordination skills. This is a full-time position.The Lead Scheduler directs planning and scheduling activities for a major TTC station improvement project. You will develop the master schedule, monitor progress, coordinate stakeholders, and support timely, cost-effective construction delivery. The work requires construction scheduling experience, data analysis, and robust communication.Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive construction timelines and master schedulesCoordinate schedules with managers, engineers, architects, and contractorsTrack progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actionsForecast resources and mitigate schedule risksPresent project status and schedule adherence reportsRequirements:
Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10 years scheduling Heavy Civil, Infrastructure, or Rail projectsExperience managing and coordinating construction projectsUnderstanding of scheduling software and construction processesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsBring construction scheduling leadership, timeline analysis, and stakeholder coordination to KMJV’s Toronto infrastructure project.
