Lead strategic IT projects onsite at AIM, applying project planning and risk management skills to deliver business-aligned results. This permanent, full time role works closely with stakeholders.

As Project Manager, you will oversee project execution from scope definition through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and support high-quality outcomes. The position requires bilingual English and French communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Plan timelines and milestones using project management tools
- Monitor progress, status reports, risks, and contingency plans
- Develop budgets, proposals, requirements documents, and presentations
- Coach teams and contractors toward accountability

Requirements:

- Three to five years of project management experience
- Bilingual English and French communication, written and oral
- Experience deploying IT solutions
- Familiarity with OnePlan, Microsoft Project, Planner, or Excel
- Experience managing internal and external resources
