As an AI Delivery Manager, you focus on functional mastery and SaaS delivery for Nesto Cloud’s AI-powered underwriting platform. You support workstreams through scoping, labeling, configuration, tuning, adjudication, and production delivery. Client workshops, operational transformation, and technical discussions are central to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support agents across condition-family implementation workstreams
- Lead client underwriter pod calibration and production labeling
- Resolve ambiguous labels and policy questions within SLA
- Co-own process blueprints, value baselines, and delivery artifacts
- Build implementation playbooks and manage platform dependencies

Requirements:

- Three to five years in technology implementation or transformation
- Ability to master complex software platforms quickly
- Confidence leading client workshops and teams
- Technical comfort discussing system logic without coding
- Experience owning client implementations end to end
