• 4+ Years of Freight

Experience:
You know the logistics industry like the back of your hand, specifically within a 3PL/freight brokerage environment (or an active brokerage division within asset-based company).
• Existing Book of Business: You bring a portable, active network of clients and carrier relationships ready to hit the ground running.
• Hands-On Freight Savvy: You aren't just selling; you understand operational realities. You bring working knowledge of dispatch, pricing strategies, carrier sourcing, and equipment dimensions.
• Specialized Cargo Focus: You're able to excel in high-value, specialized verticals—think heavy haul, over dimensional freight, flatbed, construction, machinery/fabrication, aeronautics, and mining.
