responsibilities:
- Analyze KPIs across ecommerce to support decision making on a weekly basis
- Brief creators and designers for both packaging and digital assets, and keep content and assets moving to deadline
- Support new product and marketing launches across all different aspects of the team
- Support the founder on new growth initiatives
- Hold the marketing calendar across the internal team, agency and freelancers ✨ What we're looking for:
- Strong creative and visual abilities. This is the core of the role
- Comfortable in Figma, enough to review, mark up and put together a simple layout
- Strong analytics. You build the spreadsheet rather than wait for one
- Robust writing. You can brief creative and write a hook that lands
- Organized and reliable, with a system for tracking your own work
- Ability to take initiative and be resourceful
- A startup mindset. Comfortable wearing different hats and switching gears quickly You will be working directly with the head of eCommerce and marketing on a wide range of things, and priorities move fast. You bring the structure, catch what was said, and come back with it done. ✨ Ideal profile: 2-4 years in a ecommerce or growth role at a startup or small brand, where you touched several parts of the business rather than one narrow slice. ✨ Culture at Moment: Entrepreneurial.
