Pink Palm Puff is looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to keep our fast-moving marketing team aligned, efficient, and executing at its best. We're looking for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, improving workflows, and turning great marketing ideas into successful execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage Marketing Projects: Coordinate campaigns, initiatives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
• Own ClickUp: Build, implement, and optimize workflows with transparent ownership, deadlines, and accountability.
• Improve Team Performance: Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and continuously improve efficiency.
• Manage Multiple Priorities: Keep numerous projects moving simultaneously while adapting to shifting deadlines and business needs.
• Drive Accountability: Proactively follow up, remove roadblocks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support Team Onboarding: Establish clear processes and help new team members understand their responsibilities, tools, and workflows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience managing marketing projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Extensive hands-on ClickUp experience, including building workflows, managing projects, and improving team productivity.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong marketing sense
- an understanding of marketing campaigns, creative processes, and business priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Experience implementing processes, improving operational efficiency, and onboarding team members.
• Experience in DTC fashion, e-commerce, or a marketing agency is a strong asset, particularly if you've used ClickUp extensively in those environments.
