As Market Development Executive, you will lead sales activity across an assigned market, working with local dealers and MillerKnoll teams. You will support customers, pursue new accounts, and collaborate with A&D;, Real Estate, Design, and Project Management influencers to increase specifications. The position serves markets with less specialized selling support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales through local and nearby MillerKnoll dealers
- Support current customers and unlock smaller-market opportunities
- Collaborate strategically with MillerKnoll sales teams
- Monitor market conditions, innovations, competitors, prices, and sales




- Maintain Salesforce information for accurate monthly forecasts

Requirements:

- Live in Montreal, Canada, with monthly regional travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Three or more years of successful contract or capital goods selling
- Advanced prospecting, negotiation, consultative selling, and closing skills
- Strong organization, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
