Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate business performance, industry trends, and emerging market developments.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and business processes.
• Prepare strategic plans, business proposals, presentations, and management reports.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.




• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of business strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assess potential business risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support business expansion, market entry, and new partnership initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and performance targets.
• Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities and changes in the business environment.
• Recommend improvements to existing business models, processes, and operational strategies. Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• A master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is an asset.
• Previous experience in business strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or strategic planning is preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to interpret business data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Robust collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
