This Senior Backend Developer joins the Campaigns Team within a collaborative engineering group. You will develop large-scale backend applications supporting personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns. The work spans campaign authoring, content assembly, audience targeting, delivery workflows, observability, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design backend systems for campaign creation, configuration, and scheduling
- Assemble content, templates, targeting rules, and audience eligibility
- Maintain reliable delivery services, monitoring, and alerting
- Improve reliability through metrics, observability, and incident management
- Mentor engineers and champion automated testing and maintainable architecture

Requirements:

- At least five years of software engineering experience
- Experience building fault-tolerant distributed systems at scale
