Finance & Tax (F&T;) Transformation and Continuous Improvement – Project Manager

Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Department: Finance Job Summary Seeking an experienced Finance & Tax Transformation Project Manager to lead Finance and Tax transformation, continuous improvement, and digitalization initiatives. This role will manage a portfolio of projects focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Finance & Tax transformation, continuous improvement, and digital projects.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, IT, PMO, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct process reviews and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and status reports.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project objectives, progress, and issues.




• Drive project governance and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
• Support digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. Required Qualifications
• 8-10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong experience managing Finance, Accounting, Tax, Transformation, or Process Improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Robust Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed global teams.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Consulting background preferred.
• Experience with finance process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Interest in emerging technologies and digital solutions
