Our Nominations Committee is searching for an individual, perhaps like yourself, to fill identified board gaps. Currently, the board is seeking people with accounting (CPA designation required) skills. Of course, we would love to find board members from within our member organizations Why not, you? What is required? As a member of the board, you are responsible for the effective governance of the organization.
