YOUR MISSIONS HR Path is looking for an experienced accounting skilled to help evolve and modernize our Finance function across North America. Reporting to the CFO, this role combines strong accounting expertise with a passion for process improvement, systems, and automation. You will serve as a key resource for the Finance team, supporting accounting operations, helping resolve complex accounting issues, improving processes, and driving automation initiatives that increase efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Act as a key accounting resource for the Finance team and assist with complex accounting matters, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and improve Finance processes.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Improve integration and data flows between Finance, project accounting, billing, and reporting systems.
• Leverage technologies such as SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot to modernize Finance operations.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to implement practical and scalable solutions.

YOUR PROFILE
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, Project Accounting, or Finance Transformation.
• Strong hands-on accounting knowledge and experience supporting financial close processes.
• Strong SAP experience required.
• Experience improving accounting and finance processes.
• Experience with ERP, PSA, or financial management systems.




• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar technologies is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language proficiency is a plus.

Rattaché(e) au CFO, ce rôle clé combine une solide expertise comptable avec une passion pour l'amélioration des processus, la digitalisation et l'automatisation. Vous jouerez un rôle central au sein de l'équipe Finance en soutenant les opérations, en résolvant des problématiques complexes et en pilotant des projets d'automatisation majeurs. Vos

missions:
• Participer aux activités de clôture mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle.
• Servir de référent comptable pour l'équipe Finance et intervenir sur les sujets complexes, les rapprochements et la résolution d'incidents.
• Piloter des initiatives visant à simplifier, standardiser et améliorer les processus financiers.
• Identifier et déployer des opportunités d'automatisation pour réduire les tâches manuelles et accroître l'efficacité.
• Améliorer l'intégration et les flux de données entre la finance, la comptabilité de projet, la facturation et le reporting.
• Exploiter des technologies clés (SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot) pour moderniser nos opérations.
• Travailler en étroite synergie avec les équipes Finance, Opérations et IT pour mettre en place des solutions concrètes et évolutives.

VOTRE PROFIL
• 8 ans ou plus d'expérience en comptabilité, opérations financières, comptabilité de projet ou transformation financière.
• Solides connaissances pratiques en comptabilité et maîtrise éprouvée des processus de clôture.
• Excellente maîtrise de SAP obligatoire.
• Expérience réussie dans l'optimisation des processus comptables/financiers et sur les outils ERP / PSA / gestion financière.
• Fortes compétences analytiques, en résolution de problèmes et en gestion de projet.
• Un plus : maîtrise d'outils comme Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot ou technologies similaires.
• Anglais courant indispensable (oral et écrit) ; la maîtrise du français est un atout. CE QUE
