The successful candidate will assist with sourcing applicants, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in recruitment, human resources, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
• Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities and explain position requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Assist with preparing job postings and recruitment materials.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support hiring managers throughout the selection and hiring process.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and other HR-related administrative tasks.
• Maintain the confidentiality of candidate information and recruitment records. Qualifications
• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, or administration is preferred but not always required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems, or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Professional, proactive, and comfortable communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.
