About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Senior Engineer to support enterprise end-user computing environments, desktop technologies, endpoint management, and virtual desktop infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, Entra ID, and virtual desktop technologies. Experience supporting large enterprise or banking and financial services environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced desktop and End User Computing (EUC) support across Windows and macOS environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN clients, enterprise applications, browsers, and plugins.
• Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and SCCM/MECM.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Group Policy.
• Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and printing issues.
• Support authentication, access management, endpoint security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage incidents, problems, service requests, knowledge articles, and change management activities.
• Support service transitions and enterprise desktop migration or device refresh programs.
• Use IT service management tools to track, resolve, and document technical issues. Required Skills & Qualifications




• 8+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) and Desktop Support.
• Strong expertise in:
• Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Microsoft 365 and Office applications
• Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• SCCM/MECM
• Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Group Policy Administration
• Experience with virtual desktop technologies:
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
• VMware Horizon
• Remote Desktop Services
• Knowledge of endpoint management, endpoint security, and access management.
• Understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and printing services.
• Experience with IT service management processes, including incident, problem, request, knowledge, and change management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 administration tools. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting banking and financial services environments.
• Experience with large-scale desktop migrations and device refresh programs.
• Microsoft Contemporary Desktop Administrator certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience supporting global enterprise user communities.
