Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate We’re looking for a highly analytical, organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations, product development, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and other internal teams to understand business needs, analyse processes and data, document requirements, and support the delivery of effective business solutions. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Work with teams to understand business processes, challenges, and operational needs
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and actionable solutions
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare business requirements documents, process flows, reports, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to support system and product development
• Support the definition of user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and business performance analyses
• Support data-driven decision-making across different departments
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
• Assist with system enhancements, new product launches, and process changes




• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve business issues
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and implementation activities
• Monitor project requirements, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines
• Help identify risks, dependencies, and potential operational challenges
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research when required
• Maintain accurate business documentation, process maps, requirements, and project records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across business and operational functions
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, Operations teams, and business stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technology developments, and business analysis practices ✅ Requirements
• Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years of experience)
• Previous experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, product, technology, administration, travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and identify key business requirements
• Ability to analyse processes, data, and business problems




• Strong documentation and report-writing skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, business process mapping, requirements gathering, and UAT is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms is advantageous
• Basic understanding of software development, product management, databases, or data analytics is an advantage
• Solid customer and business-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote workplace
• Based in Canada with the legal right to work in Canada ?
