You’ll play an important role in helping our clinic deliver outstanding patient care from the first phone call through every visit. • Welcome and assist patients
• Manage schedules and appointment booking
• Coordinate patient communications
• Support insurance and billing processes
• Maintain patient records

• 2+ years of Dental administration experience required
• Experience with Cleardent and Max Assist considered an asset
• Strong customer service skills
