Reporting to the Head of GTM, the Content Lead grows Chatbase's brand across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant surfaces. You will develop product launch videos, customer stories, founder content, paid social creative, and employee-generated content. This in-office role requires current platform knowledge, strong content judgment, and enthusiasm for AI and startups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow the Chatbase brand across every important content surface
- Own content ideas and execution from concept through final cut
- Create product launch videos and customer stories on location




- Develop founder content, paid social creative, and employee content
- Double down on effective content and stop what underperforms

Requirements:

- Know what currently works across major content platforms
- Recognize and explain why solid content performs well
- Show deep interest in artificial intelligence and startups
- Can shoot and edit content, or learn quickly
- Work in downtown Toronto five days weekly
