* People management & team support + Supervise and coach a small team: run regular 1:1s, provide performance feedback, manage scheduling and workload balance.

* Quality assurance & process execution + Maintain and apply QA checklists, briefing standards and delivery governance to reduce errors and rework. + Identify operational friction and propose practical fixes; implement approved process updates to improve consistency and throughput.

* Stakeholder coordination & client support + Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for internal partners to keep execution moving. + Prepare routine status updates, operational dashboards and campaign health reports + Support client calls and presentations with operational briefings and material; escalate strategic or high-risk issues.
* Commercial, vendor & administrative support + Monitor campaign pacing and budget status; flag risks and variances + Coordinate with vendors and partners (DSPs, publishers, data providers, production) to meet SLAs and resolve operational issues. + Oversee trafficking, invoicing checkpoints and required documentation to minimize disputes.
