The role combines functional analysis, Confluence documentation, Jira ticketing, and knowledge gathering. Your work will clarify workflows, business rules, field specifications, client requests, and delivered behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build functional documentation for Equisoft/centralize web modules and workflows
- Explore applications and interview experts to document existing behavior
- Map desktop capabilities to web-platform equivalents
- Document client requests with structured Jira tickets




- Support development and QA with functional validation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or another university discipline
- Two to five years of similar experience, preferably in SaaS
- Advanced Jira and Confluence experience or equivalent tools
- Experience gathering knowledge and creating structured documentation
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
