Use Autodesk Inventor and technical drawing skills as a Drafting Technologist supporting APEX's Steel Door Manufacturing Group. This is a full time, permanent position.

Reporting to the ProductionManager, you will plan and organize orders for plant manufacturing use. The work combines shop drawing production, custom design, and project planning. Strong Excel skills, manufacturing knowledge, and 3D mechanical CAD experience support success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize shop drawings and manufacturing documents
- Plan projects around shop productivity and delivery requirements
- Improve drawing details for manufacturing use
- Create custom designs using Autodesk Inventor

Requirements:

- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Manufacturing or drawing design background
- Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar CAD experience
- Strong Excel, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Support APEX manufacturing orders through precise drafting, custom Autodesk Inventor designs, and organized project planning.
