Naaahrrva is seeking a Supervisor, Human Resources to lead HR services across the Division, reporting to the Manager, HR. You will guide workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll/advantages while ensuring confidentiality in a unionized public education environment.
You will supervise the HR Substitute Clerk, partner with ESS and school administrators, and implement divisional HR policies, procedures, and reporting to support timely, accurate HR practices.
