Questrade Financial Group is seeking an Enterprise Collections: Operational Lead - Dialer Administrator to own dialer strategy and real-time optimization across outbound and inbound campaigns. You will define dialing rules, monitor performance, and drive improvements that maximize contact rates while meeting SLAs.
