AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. The role focuses on safety, dignity, and support for residents, with collaboration from a dedicated team.

The successful candidate will monitor and document care activities, participate in ongoing training, and assist in onboarding recent staff, while upholding IPAC guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and colleagues.
