Parrish & Heimbecker's P&H; Milling division seeks a full time permanent Shift Supervisor in Vanscoy, Saskatchewan. You will oversee milling operations, production schedules, equipment setup, flour extraction, and quality standards. The position supports bulk flour production and shipping while maintaining food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead milling operations and optimize equipment performance
- Execute production schedules, changeovers, and flour processes
- Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs through work orders
- Direct team members and operational sanitation activities
- Complete inspections, reports, and required documentation

Requirements:

- Secondary School Diploma completion
- Five years' food or agricultural processing experience
- Two years' supervisory or leadership experience
- High pressure steam boiler operation experience
- Fireman's Operator Ticket or willingness to obtain
