Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Lead oversees day to day department operations. This position supervises team members, trains standard operating procedures, and supports product-focused customer service. Related outdoor lifestyle experience and Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's product knowledge are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead department team members with the manager
- Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
- Train team members on procedures and processes
- Recommend products by evaluating customer needs
- Maintain signage, presentation, restocking, and merchandise recovery

Requirements:

- Two or more years supervisory experience preferred
- Sales or service setting experience preferred
- Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related field or outdoor lifestyle experience
