Drive sales hiring at ONIT Energy as a Talent Acquisition Specialist using full-cycle recruiting and digital sourcing expertise. This is a full time, permanent role.

You will partner with Sales leadership to build Inside and Outside Sales teams. The role also supports Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Administration hiring. You will own recruiting from sourcing through offer while shaping sales organization growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design recruiting strategies focused primarily on Sales hiring needs
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, fairs, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates across multiple formats
- Build talent pipelines with Sales and department leaders
- Track recruiting metrics and support onboarding and training

Requirements:

- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
- Sales-focused hiring background preferred
- Hands-on social media and digital sourcing experience
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of ATS/CMS platforms
