Health PEI is seeking a Dietitian 17A for Home Care & Support in Summerside (primary) and O'Leary. The role supports nutrition services, education, and care planning within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will assess client needs, develop care plans, and deliver education to clients and staff, contributing to improved health outcomes in the community. The position is full time and based in Summerside with travel to O'Leary as needed.
