As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer and insurance partner relationships for a repair facility. Schedule vehicle repairs, process assignments, prepare documentation, and record communications using ASE. The position requires effective communication, accuracy, and robust knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
