Photonic is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day people operations in a hybrid British Columbia, Canada role. You'll partner with the People & Culture team, managers, and recruiters to ensure accurate HR records and a great employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience in HR operations, a HR degree, robust communication, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS.
