As Revenue Distribution Manager, you will oversee the Revenue and Reservations department within brand operating standards. The role covers PMS and CRS setup, inventory availability, pricing fluctuations, and distribution channels. You will coordinate with sales, reservations, food and beverage, and spa leadership to support property growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Focus on revenue generation and profile building for resort and spa
- Set up PMS and CRS for room selling strategies
- Manage inventory, pricing, allotment releases, and channel updates
- Review competition, market trends, cancellations, and reservation details
- Maintain policies, reporting systems, controls, and operating standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business administration, or related field preferred
- At least one year's similar Revenue and Reservations Manager experience
- More than three years' similar experience preferred
- Experience in similar roles within luxury hotels
- Fluent English; additional languages preferred
