As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruitment for multiple teams at Xanadu. You will source talent across quantum computing, software development, semiconductors, photonics, embedded systems, and hardware engineering. This role partners with hiring managers on technical roadmaps, candidate advocacy, market intelligence, and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source technical talent across quantum and deep-tech disciplines
- Manage recruitment from intake through offer negotiation
- Translate technical roadmaps into job descriptions
- Guide candidates through technical deep-dives and design reviews




- Report pipeline health and time-to-hire using JazzHR

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
- Four or more years of technical recruitment experience
- Experience in software, hardware, semiconductor, robotics, or deep-tech environments
- Proficiency with GitHub, engineering forums, and talent mapping
- Experience closing complex offers involving relocation, bonuses, and equity
