This senior position oversees accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, financial statements, client billings, and accounting analysis. You will guide Sector Controllers and Senior District Accountants while partnering with Operations and senior management. The work also covers audits, controls, compliance, and onboarding recent business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Sector Controllers and Senior District Accountants
- Oversee accurate, timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Review balance sheet and operating statement analysis
- Partner with Operations to explain financial results
- Support audits, onboarding, controls, and process improvements

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting
- Accounting designation or equivalent work experience
- Five years of Financial Accounting experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
