Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set budgets, roadmaps, and narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with hands-on optimization and explicit communication on performance. Remote role open to Canada/USA/SA.
