Warehouse Specialist

We are an eyewear company with an office and warehouse in South Burnaby, and we are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, packing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory and a clean and organized warehouse.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn

Primary Responsibilities

- Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Inspect and verify orders before packing and shipping
- Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory
- Inspect products for defects or damages
- Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory
- Organize and maintain warehouse space
- Check, verify, and process customer invoices
- Maintain a clean, protected, and organized warehouse on a daily basis
- Follow established warehouse procedures and contribute ideas to improve efficiency
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as required
