We are recruiting for an Inside Sales/Customer Service opportunity in Dundas, ON, ideal for a confident, engaging customer care professional who enjoys building relationships over the phone. In this role, you will support the Outside Sales team by following up on quotes, processing orders, speaking with customers and prospects, and helping move sales opportunities forward. Key Responsibilities





- Provide administrative and customer support to Outside Sales Representatives.
- Create accurate customer quotes and proposals, enter orders, and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Build strong customer relationships by staying engaged, following up consistently, and providing helpful service.
- Secure appointments for Outside Sales Representatives and track follow-ups, quotes, and customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with internal teams to support a strong customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
