Position Overview

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is an internationally recognized bubble tea brand, known for its commitment to quality and customer experience. As we continue to grow across Calgary, we are looking for reliable and motivated team members to join our stores.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a rapid-paced work environment and delivering great service. No previous bubble tea experience is necessary — we provide full paid training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be involved in daily store operations, including:

- Preparing beverages in accordance with CoCo’s recipes and brand standards
- Delivering welcoming and efficient customer service
- Handling orders and payments using the POS system
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Assisting with basic prep work, restocking, and inventory support
- Following direction from supervisors and supporting overall team operations

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

- Bring a positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Are detail-oriented and able to follow standardized procedures
- Communicate clearly and work effectively with others




- Have customer service or food service experience (an asset, not required)
- Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when needed
- Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
