WhiteRock Development is a small residential construction company looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our team.

We're not interested in running a stressful jobsite full of yelling, egos, and unnecessary pressure. We believe you can work hard, get things done, have a laugh, and actually enjoy coming to work.

What we're offering:

- Starting pay of $18–$25/hour, depending on skills and experience.
- Opportunity to quickly increase to $30/hour as you demonstrate the skills and knowledge to earn it.
- Full time work with flexible, scheduled hours.
- Approximately 8 months of work remaining on our current High River project, with opportunities for continued employment with future projects around the foothills area.
- Hands-on experience with nearly every stage of building a home.

What you'll be doing:

A bit of everything! You'll be helping with residential construction from start to finish. Some days you'll be learning new skills, other days you'll be doing the less exciting work that still needs to get done. We're looking for someone who understands that both are part of the job, but if you enjoy variety in your work this roll will be perfect.
