Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, serving patients across Calgary. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality cardio-respiratory care, collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals, and educate patients on respiratory wellness. We welcome both experienced candidates and new graduates who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the community

Position :

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides patients with sleep disordered breathing education, and treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. They will work closely with ENT physicians to coordinate sleep studies and treatment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, initiate, and monitor CPAP and BiPAP therapy for sleep apnea and related disorders.
- Set up and maintain home oxygen equipment, educating seniors and caregivers on safety, compliance, and troubleshooting.
- Fit masks, check device usage, monitor outcomes,



and coordinate with physicians and other health professionals.

Position Qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and current registration with CRTA or equivalent.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (active and current).
- 1+ years of experience as a RRT an asset but not required.
- Experience with a sleep care company is an asset.
- A professional self-motivated, and driven attitude is a must.
- Excellent communication skills with the desire to educate patients and coworkers.
- Outgoing and charismatic with excellent people skills.
- Strong organizational skills, EMR experience, and a passion for customer service.
- Independent and a team leader with solid multi-tasking skills.

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
