Objective

Retrieve Physiotherapy is seeking a professional, compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing clinic. We focus on personalized, evidence-informed care to help patients manage pain, restore movement, and improve their quality of life.

We are looking for an RMT who values collaboration, strong clinical reasoning, and patient-centred care. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

- Assess patient's health histories, symptoms, and treatment goals to develop individualized massage therapy plans.
- Provide massage therapy appropriate to each patient’s needs, preferences, and clinical presentation.
- Obtain informed consent and maintain patient comfort, privacy, and professional boundaries.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Educate patients on self-care and strategies to support their recovery.
- Collaborate with the physiotherapist and clinic team to support coordinated patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.




- Follow CMTO standards of practice and clinic policies.

Experience and Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) — required.
- Consistent Saturday availability — required.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A patient-centred approach and interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.
- Previous clinical experience is an asset; newly registered RMTs are welcome to apply.
