We are looking for a full-time Property Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate is:

· Presentable

· Friendly

Job Requirements:

· A knowledge of basic construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems

· A valid BC driver’s license, work vehicle and tools

· Rotating weekend/evening emergency maintenance coverage

Wage based on experience and skill starting at $28 per hour/workorder, plus $4.75 per hour vehicle allowance, 50% employer paid extended medical and dental advantages after 3-month probationary period, company provided cell phone, and additional pay for pager coverage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
