This permanent Human Resources Generalist advises across the employee lifecycle in a unionized environment. You will apply HR policies, collective agreement interpretation, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning. The position also supports HR operations, systems, reporting, and process improvements while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide inquiries on collective agreements, policies, and procedures
- Support investigations, grievances, discipline, terminations, and absences
- Build relationships with leaders, unions, and HR partners
- Ensure practices comply with legislation and privacy requirements
- Support full-cycle recruitment and employee lifecycle administration

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- CPHR designation, progress toward designation, or equivalent
- Three to five years' progressive generalist experience
- Experience within a quick-paced, unionized environment
- Knowledge of British Columbia employment and privacy legislation
