This position oversees inventory control, product presentation, labour costs, budgets, product knowledge, and customer service. Responsibilities also include policy adherence, financial targets, training, and community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach, train, develop, and manage department employees
- Order, receive, rotate, merchandise, and present produce
- Manage budgets, labour costs, forecasts, and financial results




- Maintain inventory control and exceptional product presentation
- Implement food safety and Occupational Health and Safety requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 months of retail store experience
- Produce experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Experience analyzing financial reports and managing budgets
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and strong communication skills
