PhilCan Auto is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Automotive Sales & Lead Generation Representative to join our growing team.

We help customers find brand-recent and used vehicles that fit their needs and budget. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, using social media, and turning inquiries into customers.

What You'll Do

- Generate new customer leads through Facebook, Marketplace, social media, referrals, and personal networking
- Respond to customer inquiries through Messenger, phone, text, and email
- Help customers looking for new or used cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Promote PhilCan Auto offers and vehicle inventory online
- Create and post simple social-media content to attract potential buyers
- Work with our automotive dealership partners to help customers complete their vehicle purchase
- Ask satisfied customers for referrals and help build the PhilCan Auto customer base

Who We're Looking For

Previous automotive sales experience is an advantage, but not required. We are more interested in someone who is motivated, dependable, comfortable talking to people, and willing to learn.





You should be comfortable using Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, email, and your phone to communicate with potential customers. Strong English communication skills are important; Tagalog is a strong asset because we serve many Filipino customers.
