Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for service
- Support the cooking team by following recipes and quality standards to deliver tasty, consistent dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal
- Handle food safety procedures diligently to meet health regulations and standards
- Serve food efficiently to guests or staff, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and cash handling when needed
- Support with general kitchen duties such as stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and cleaning equipment

Skills





- Previous food service experience or kitchen work background preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and assist guests when necessary
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with restaurant operations, including serving, cashiering, or using Micros POS systems is advantageous
- Hospitality experience or hotel background can be beneficial in understanding guest expectations
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn recent skills such as meal preparation and food safety protocols

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
