- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, contract, and onboard new distribution partners in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Revenue Management, Ticketing, Marketing, Digital, and Technology
- Oversee partner launches, integrations, testing, ticketing setup, content, inventory access, marketing support, and ongoing account management, ensuring accurate representation across platforms
- Partner with Revenue Management on pricing, inventory, allocations, commissions, offers, and packaging strategies that drive conversion while protecting price and brand integrity
- Analyze sales, channel, customer, and market data and lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, budget planning, and executive-ready business updates
- Set team goals and conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, using Salesforce data to reinforce disciplined prospecting, forecasting, follow-up, and opportunity ownership
- Allocate resources across markets and channels, establish consistent portfolio-wide practices, and support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and professional development
- Serve as the senior sales liaison across internal teams, show operations, agencies, partners, and other market-specific stakeholders

- Represent Cirque du Soleil at client meetings, partner reviews, trade shows, industry events, and market visits, and lead special projects as assigned
