As a Product Designer at Speer Technologies, you will contribute across the product design process. You will create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, branding materials, and occasional graphics. The work includes partner feedback, UX research, design systems, and collaboration with development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design interfaces for web and mobile digital products
- Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes for projects
- Build and maintain Figma design system components
- Present iterations through links, files, or prototypes
- Support development handoff for pixel-perfect execution

Requirements:

- Two years of mobile and web design experience
- Design degree or UX/UI certificate course
- Solid Figma design systems understanding
- Experience with agile design and iterative prototyping
- Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, or InVision experience
