As an Order Management Representative, you will own customer and distributor orders throughout their lifecycle. You will review purchase orders, enter sales orders, and coordinate requirements across Sales, Customer Success, and operational teams. The role supports accurate processing, clear communication, and timely completion for B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own customer and distributor orders from review through completion
- Validate products, quantities, pricing, terms, and shipping requirements
- Enter accurate sales orders in ERP and supporting systems
- Communicate confirmations, changes, missing information, and next steps
- Monitor orders, documentation, approvals, and service-level agreements

Requirements:

- At least two years in order management or related operations
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel formulas, lookups, and data analysis skills
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems
- NetSuite and SuiteBilling experience is a robust asset
