Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the Workshop Coordinator organizes activities, assigns tasks, and supports productivity. The position manages repair quotes, customer projects, AX work orders, technical data sheets, and billing-related approvals. Microsoft Office proficiency and relevant workshop coordination experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan workshop activities and assign tasks and projects
- Prepare repair quotes and follow up with customers
- Open and manage workshop work orders
- Monitor AX work orders and information accuracy
- Coordinate parts, purchasing, billing, and work-order completion

Requirements:

- Relevant experience coordinating workshop operations
- Excellent adaptability, autonomy, and communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Spoken and written French and English bilingual proficiency
- Compressed air industry knowledge is an asset
