Ensures protected work practices and emergency procedures are followed at all times, including proper lifting techniques, maintaining clean work areas, managing down registers, responding to emergency codes, and supporting theft prevention and evacuation procedures.

Customer and Associate Support

Handles customer and associate concerns professionally, providing guidance and support as required to resolve issues and maintain a positive front-end experience.

Front End Coverage and Operations

Monitors Front End operations to ensure proper associate coverage, coordinates breaks, and provides support to outlying registers to maintain efficient customer flow.
